Semiconductor Industry
Advancing to the semiconductor sector, Mario served as Accounting Manager and later Controller at Towa Intercon Technologies. He scaled the finance department to support a revenue surge from $5 million to $50 million in three years, overseeing financial accounting, cost accounting, and human resources. By developing innovative applications, he streamlined financial processes, reducing month-end closing from 15 days to 3 days, significantly boosting efficiency.
